All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and we make no medical, therapeutic, or performance claims. See our Disclaimer and Research use statement.

You must be at least 18 years old to order. Before completing an order you must confirm that you are 18 or over, that the products are for lawful research use only, and that they are not for human or animal consumption. This acknowledgement is recorded with your order.

You order as a guest; no account is required. After you place an order we send a confirmation email with your order reference and payment instructions. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we accept and confirm your payment. We may decline or cancel an order: for example, where an item is unavailable, where we cannot ship to your destination, or where we believe the order is not for legitimate research use.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We accept payment by UK bank transfer and Bitcoin; the instructions are shown after you place your order. For Bitcoin, the amount is based on a rate captured at the time of your order. Orders are processed only once payment is received and confirmed. If the amount received does not match the order total, your order is held for review and we will contact you to resolve it.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed and sent with tracking. See our Shipping information for details.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.

You are responsible for handling, storing, using, and disposing of products safely and in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you, and for confirming that you may lawfully purchase and possess a product in your jurisdiction. Title and risk in the products pass to you on delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from misuse of any product or from any use other than lawful laboratory research. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applied when you ordered is recorded with your order. These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
