Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you order, how we use it, and your rights under UK data protection law.
Who is responsible for your data
Nadoron Biotech Ltd, which trades as Novum Peptides, is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Our registered office is at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You can reach us about privacy at support@nadoron.com.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect:
- your email address;
- your shipping name, address, and (optionally) phone number;
- your order details and payment references (e.g. bank reference or transaction details);
- a record of your research-use acknowledgement, including the date, the terms version, and the IP address and browser user-agent used to place the order.
You order as a guest. We do not create an account or store a password.
How we use it and our legal basis
We use your information to process and fulfil your order, to confirm and reconcile payment, to send order-related emails (confirmation, payment, and dispatch), and to provide support. Our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business and preventing misuse, and compliance with our legal obligations (including keeping the research-use acknowledgement record).
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that operate the store:
- our hosting provider, to run the website;
- our database and storage provider (hosted in the EU/UK region), to store order data;
- our email provider, to send order-related emails;
- your payment route (UK bank or our Bitcoin payment provider), to receive and confirm payment.
We do not sell your personal information. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure website traffic and advertising performance — see our Cookie Policy for the cookies involved and how to change your choice.
How long we keep it
We keep order and acknowledgement records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to resolve any disputes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at support@novumpeptides.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to run the store, and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies to understand site traffic and measure advertising. You can accept, reject, or change these at any time. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and controls.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the current version on this page.
