A larger blend total can be misleading when the extra amount comes from adding a component rather than increasing every existing component. The supplied GLOW and KLOW documents provide a concrete comparison. Reading them side by side answers a composition question; it does not establish that either name denotes a universal formula or a better biological result.
Compare the declarations before comparing results
The GLOW report MA-BLD-0009 lists a 70 mg total with three named components. KLOW report MA-BLD-0010 describes an 80 mg total and adds KPV. The amounts below are label declarations from those supplied files, not new measurements.Supplied GLOW 70 mg report — MA-BLD-0009 (opens in a new tab)Supplied KLOW 80 mg report — MA-BLD-0010 (opens in a new tab)
| Component | GLOW | KLOW |
|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | 10 mg |
| TB-500 | 10 mg | 10 mg |
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg | 50 mg |
| KPV | Not declared | 10 mg |
| Total | 70 mg | 80 mg |
This table does not define every product that might use either trade name. It identifies two documented declarations so that the comparison can be checked against its source.
Neither report prints a complete sequence for each component. The short names should not be expanded into undisclosed terminal modifications or an assumed TB-500 sequence.
Notice what changes when the denominator grows
Using the declared amounts, GHK-Cu represents 50/70, approximately 71.4%, of the GLOW component total. It represents 50/80, or 62.5%, of the KLOW total. Its declared amount remains 50 mg in both cases.
The lower fraction therefore does not mean less GHK-Cu per declared vial. The denominator changed because a fourth component was added. These percentages are arithmetic mass fractions of the declared components, not chromatographic purity values.
Likewise, comparing equal total masses of the two mixtures would not keep each shared component equal. Such a comparison changes the amount of the shared components as well as the presence of KPV.
Keep the component assays separate from the declaration
GLOW’s supplied results list 10.01 mg BPC-157, 10.02 mg TB-500 and 49.90 mg GHK-Cu. KLOW’s list 10.02 mg, 9.98 mg and 49.95 mg respectively, plus 10.00 mg KPV.Supplied GLOW 70 mg report — MA-BLD-0009 (opens in a new tab)Supplied KLOW 80 mg report — MA-BLD-0010 (opens in a new tab)
These reported values are close to the declarations, but they describe the named report samples. They do not establish that every future lot has those exact amounts or that differences of a few hundredths of a milligram have biological significance.
The reported peptide-related purity values, 99.18% and 99.23%, answer another question. The documents themselves state that these figures do not represent the proportion of any one component.Supplied GLOW 70 mg report — MA-BLD-0009 (opens in a new tab)Supplied KLOW 80 mg report — MA-BLD-0010 (opens in a new tab)

Define the comparison needed for a blend claim
To investigate the contribution of an added component, a study would need to define what remains equal between groups and what changes. Holding total blend mass equal is a different design from holding the shared component amounts equal.
A positive result for KPV alone would not demonstrate its contribution within this mixture. Nor would separate papers about the shared components establish synergy among them.
The documented difference is composition. Whether that difference changes a particular endpoint remains a separate experimental question, requiring defined materials, an appropriate comparator and an outcome that was actually measured.
