Storage & product-specific instructions
Where your Novum label states 2–8 °C, keep the unopened product within that temperature range. Retain the original labelled packaging so the product name, strength and batch details remain available.
Check any instructions supplied for your particular product and batch. Peptides, blends, NAD+ and bacteriostatic water should not be assumed to share the same preparation, freezing or after-opening requirements. If the vial label, outer packaging or supplied documentation disagree, set the product aside and contact us before using it.
The storage temperature alone does not establish shelf life. Follow any stated expiry date; this page does not set a storage period after opening or preparation. If you suspect the product has been stored outside its stated conditions, contact us with the batch number and what is known about the temperature and duration.
Before handling
Check the productMatch the compound, strength or volume and batch details to your order. Check the vial and seal before opening.
Review the handling informationUse your laboratory’s risk assessment and the relevant safety data sheet to determine protective equipment, handling, spill response and disposal. Ask us for missing product-specific documentation before starting work.
Keep recordsRetain the label and batch details with your laboratory records, including the date of opening and any storage concerns.

Broken seal, damage or an unexpected item?
Do not use the affected product. Set it aside, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number, product, vial size and batch number. Keep photographs of the issue for our review. Wait for instructions before returning anything.

A certificate, a purity result or a “research use only” label does not establish safety or suitability for human or animal use. We do not provide dosing or administration advice.
Find your certificate
Open the product page, select the correct vial size, then view or download the certificate. Check that the report’s product and batch identifiers match your material. If you cannot find a matching report, contact us before relying on another batch’s results.
Need information for your batch?
Include the product name, strength or volume, batch number and your question. For an existing order, include the order number too.
