Terms of sale & returns
How ordering, delivery, cancellations and returns work, and how to get help with an order, in plain English.
These terms apply to orders placed on novumpeptides.com. The website is operated by Nadoron Biotech Ltd (company number 17215189), trading as Novum Peptides ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@novumpeptides.com.
Please read these terms before placing an order. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
You must be 18 or over to order. Our products are supplied for laboratory research only and must not be administered to humans or animals. By ordering, you confirm that you will use them only for that purpose.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We may decline or cancel an order if we reasonably believe these conditions are not met; if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
Product descriptions, vial sizes and certificates of analysis are shown on each product page. A certificate reports results for the named batch; it does not establish suitability for any use beyond laboratory research.
Product photographs are illustrative. While our branded packaging is on its way, orders may be sent in plain protective packaging with identifying labels.
Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Tracked UK delivery costs £4.99 and is free on orders over £40 after quantity discounts. Quantity discounts are 5% for 3 to 4 vials, 10% for 5 to 9 vials and 15% for 10 or more vials of the same product and size.
The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. You can pay by Pay by Bank, by direct bank transfer or in Bitcoin; paying in Bitcoin takes 10% off the product total (not delivery). For direct bank transfer, we email our bank details and your unique payment reference after you place your order, and we dispatch once the exact amount has reached our account. If payment has not arrived within 7 days of your order, we may cancel it; we will email you if we do.
If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before accepting your order.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm that your payment has been received and your order is being prepared.
Orders paid before 3pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24. You will receive tracking details by email. Delivery times given by the carrier are estimates.
The products are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with photographs.
If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us with your order number before the 14 days end. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm where to send it.
Each box is closed with an anti-tamper security seal. Because our products are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply once the seal has been broken. We can only accept returns of products with the seal intact.
You pay the cost of returning products. Once we receive the returned products, or evidence that you have sent them, we will refund the price you paid and the standard delivery charge within 14 days, using the original payment method. For Bitcoin payments, we refund the pound amount you paid and will agree with you how to send it.
Business customers do not have this cancellation right. None of this affects your rights if a product is faulty or not as described (see section 8).
Email us with your order number, the product and vial size, when it arrived and whether the seal is intact. Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back, and keep the product and packaging until the return is agreed.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or not the item you ordered, contact us with your order number, the batch number and photographs. As a consumer you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a refund, repair or replacement. These terms do not affect those rights.
Describe the issue and keep the packaging. Photographs of the parcel, label and vial help us review what happened.
Include the product, vial size and lot number, and the specific result or discrepancy you want us to review. Set the product aside and do not use it in your research until we have replied.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss caused by using a product other than for laboratory research, or in breach of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a business customer, our total liability to you for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown when you placed your order applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you have a complaint, please email support@novumpeptides.com and we will aim to resolve it with you directly.
